Take Monica, one of our Data Engineers. Monica joined T-REX for a role in data management but thanks to her incredible initiative and the support and mentorship of both teams, Monica was able to smoothly transition into engineering. There, she’s able to strategically integrate her data analyst background providing unparalleled support on a number of projects.
In 2022, the T-REX team grew by 35% across all departments and locations. As we continue to scale, we hold close that our innovative spirit and profound belief in the importance of sustainable finance drive us to deliver high-impact solutions to our clients. We couldn’t make strides in modernizing the technology solutions available to the complex fixed-income community without the deep knowledge, commitment, and ingenuity of the T-REX team.
